imagine walking into your friends' apartment and seeing this:




it's called "stump". you take a picture of someone you hate, nail it to the stump and then take turns throwing the hammer up in the air and then slamming it down. last nail wins. it involves absolutley no skill but is the most fun you'll play with a hammer. and the best part was, when tricky and i were taking a smoke break, we looked over our shoulders and noticed that we could see the washington monument. we then had a twenty minute conversation about how people all over the world look at these monuments and see democracy and liberty and all that crap and they've never seen it. for us, it's just a back drop to a lot of ridiculousness.

naked dolls make me giggle

annie, patrick & i went thrifting today... on our way home, we stopped at a dollar store to try and find some dollar goodies. we didn't find much, but patrick did find this obscene dollar store doll:

sharpies and beer don't mix.

last night it was the i-42 beer pong tournament extravaganza. patrick and i made it to the semi-finals which was a great feat considering we suck and there were like 20 other teams.
after everyone left, the rest of us sat around and watched ryan adams on pbs.
it was awesome. he looks like a dirty toad. but a brilliant one.

stupid blogspot

okay, so i finally relented. after years on livejournal... i've made the move from livejournal to blogspot. some hipster somewhere just made a dollar. damn you.
well i guess i should begin by telling you something. although i don't know what.

i live in dc.
with a bunch of girls. and sometimes boys. and sometimes boyfriends. and sometimes dishwashers my roommate amanda brings home from work.
i like board games.
